2 x full-time, fixed-term contract positions for two years:
- Level A: $67,796 – $90,821 per annum + up to 17% superannuation
- Level B: $95,432 – $112,697 per annum + up to 17% superannuation

About the position
These positions are an exciting opportunity to join La Trobe University’s signature Outdoor and Environmental Education program in the School of Education. La Trobe’s Outdoor and Environmental Education offering is internationally recognised and one of the largest providers of outdoor and environmental education in the world. Based on the Bendigo campus, the program has a strong focus on pedagogy, sustainability and safety to provides students with a strong foundation in a range of career areas.
As an active member of the Outdoor and Environmental Education program you will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to innovative curriculum development and make an effective contribution to the discipline. La Trobe’s teaching focussed staff are recognised as engaging and innovative teachers and insightful curriculum developers, who contribute to an outstanding student experience. You will continue to develop your professional knowledge and expertise to contribute towards the enhancement of the program’s reputation.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, the successful incumbent will have professional knowledge in teaching in outdoor environments, leading groups and knowledge of safety protocols. You will have demonstrated ability to be effective in teaching and curriculum development in face-to-face and online modes.
