Chowder Bay Accommodation Facility
Remuneration: In-line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010
Part-time (30 hrs/wk – 6 hr/day, 5 day/wk) position (occasional days at Head Office, Berry may be required)
Start Date: 21st August 2017
Land’s Edge is seeking a personable Booking’s Manager to join our Chowder Bay team in managing a 75-bed accommodation facility on the shores of Sydney Harbour. The building is available to any organised group, most of whom are school clients, with catering, linen and activity options available.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the management of existing client bookings and the securing of future bookings.
The successful applicant will be valued for an ability to work in an organised and systematised way; to liaise with a range of clients – primary and secondary schools, government departments, local community organisations and the general public and; to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic and flexible team.
- Demonstrated logistical and coordination experience in accommodation sales and bookings
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Relevant qualifications
