Overview

The Urban Challenge is recruiting casual guides for our unique and dynamic program.

The Urban Challenge is an innovative, adventurous outdoor education program designed to engage students in the urban landscape, to work as a team and to have a fun and diverse experience. The Urban Challenge is an unfolding adventure and has been running successfully for ten years, working with schools ranging from Sydney to rural NSW and as far out as the ACT.

During the program, students will learn to navigate their way around Sydney using only their feet and public transport. They will organise their meals, activities and transport, be responsible for their budget and their belongings. The aim of the program is to develop skills that students will use once they have finished school – skills they would not usually have to chance to develop whilst at traditional school camps. We aim to provide a well-rounded and fun experience for students, teachers and staff alike.
