Role Purpose
Eco-Logic Education & Environment Services are looking for a Co-Manager that will work collaboratively to oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring high-quality, safe, environmental education experiences and operational excellence. This role combines leadership, program development, compliance, and strategic planning.
Overview
Eco-Logic Education & Environment Services was established in 1996 to provide locals and visitors with opportunities to safely explore and learn about the Surf Coast environment. We deliver outdoor environmental educational programs for schools, community groups, and the public, including activities such as canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling, estuary discoveries, rockpool rambles, hikes, and environmental rehabilitation projects. Eco-Logic also operates tours at Split Point Lighthouse, open 364 days a year.

As Co‑Manager you’ll have the opportunity to be creative and innovative, work flexibly where programming allows, and collaborate with others who share the same commitment for the environment.
