Various full-time fixed-term contracts available
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000  pa. (pro rata) + super
Plus additional 5-7 weeks of  paid leave throughout contract dates

Higher Ground is based in Kenilworth on the Sunshine Coast. Operating throughout South East Queensland and internationally in Japan, Thailand and Hong Kong.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Certificate III or IV in Outdoor Leadership or relevant qualifications and experience recognized
  • Minimum  2 years’ experience  in the Outdoor education sector
  • Current certifications in Wilderness/Remote First Aid and CPR
  • Proficiency in Facilitation, Canoeing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, High Ropes
  • QLD Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain
  • Current driver’s license (Manual and MR is highly desirable).
