Red Earth is seeking experienced outdoor guides and facilitators to join our world-class Immersion Leaders in 2026.

If the following description sounds like you, please consider applying to become a part of our team:

  • You are over 21, or will be over 21 on April 1, 2026
  • Hold at least a Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership/Recreation (or have equivalent experience)
  • Have 2+ years experience working as an outdoor guide, facilitator or educator (beyond your training)
  • Have experience working with high school aged students and teachers
  • Want to learn more about First Nations culture.
