About the role …
We are seeking motivated individuals to join the team!

We have an active and enjoyable role available for an Operations Assistant based in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. This is a hands-on role where your exceptional eye for detail and organisational skills are key. You will be assisting with the pre-trip preparations to ensure our treks and guides begin with everything they need to provide an exceptional experience for our guests on the Larapinta Trail! This is a varied role with a range of tasks including pre-season camp set up, online food ordering, food handling and packing, trailer packing, and logistics drives to name a few. It’s a lot of fun and you will be part of a professional, friendly and passionate team.

We are looking for someone with:
• Excellent attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle
• Sound Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Word predominantly)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude.

Required Qualifications:
• Class C or LR licence
• Food Safety Certificate Level 1 or ability to obtain.

Hours of work …
This is a casual position where you can expect 2-3 full days per week, Monday to Friday. Availability to work weekends and Public holidays required (holiday loading applies).

The role commences approximately 1st April 2025 and will run through to approximately 31st August 2025

Remuneration …
Weekday $31.25/hr, Saturday $36.25/hr, Sunday $43.75/hr, Public holidays $62.50/hr
