Are you ready to turn your passion for adventure into a career? Join the Blue Mountains Adventure Company (BMAC), part of World Expeditions, Australia’s leading adventure travel operator, and help create unforgettable experiences in the stunning Blue Mountains!

About Us

World Expeditions is Australia’s leading adventure travel company with a long history of pioneering treks and adventures in protected areas across Australia and globally. Since 1975, we’ve operated unique, authentic holidays with a focus on paths less travelled, such as the first commercial descent of Tasmania’s Franklin River in 1978, Hinchinbrook Island kayaking in 1987, and the renowned Larapinta Trail in 1995. The Blue Mountains Adventure Company, one of our strongest brands, was established in 1984 as the Blue Mountains Climbing School. It was the first to offer guided canyon tours in the World Heritage wilderness and redefined abseiling with Australia’s longest route down Mount Banks (400m). BMAC is a pioneer in adventure tourism, offering world-class canyoning, climbing, abseiling, and trekking experiences in the heart of the Blue Mountains. We’re all about BIG adventures with a small footprint, proudly facilitating experiences that reconnect people with nature in stunning outdoor locations.
