About the role

As the Planning and Coordination Officer, you will provide operational and administrative support to assist in the delivery of regional initiatives, projects, and day-to-day activities. The role contributes to the planning, coordination, and monitoring of tasks to ensure regional and organisational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You’ll engage collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Traditional Owners, community groups, and partners, supporting safe, accessible, and sustainable outcomes in line with organisational priorities.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in delivering operational or technical programs, ideally in public land, conservation or natural resource management.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in in environmental management, conservation, or a related fields are desirable
  • Practical experience coordinating work programs or supporting contractors.
  • Proven ability to deliver assigned projects and work programs effectively and efficiently.
