About the role

As Ranger, your position focuses on planning and delivering in park services as directed by the Manager. The role requires environmental and service expertise and the individual will be accountable for their own performance. You must demonstrate a strong work ethic, work well in a team, and be adaptable to on-the-ground service requirements to ensure superior park management services. As the Ranger, you will contribute to community outcomes as you will play a key role in delivering environmental, social, and economic outcomes for rural, regional, and urban communities, making a tangible difference in people’s lives.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in self-management and supervisory skills.
  • Experience in customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant level of knowledge of regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Sufficient knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
