This position supports fire management in parks and forests, including planning, operational burns, bushfire response, and inter-regional deployments.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrates a keen interest in fire management, with a proactive approach to achieving effective outcomes.
  • Possesses the ability or experience to coordinate and actively participate in prescribed burning, fuel reduction, and wildfire response.
  • Exhibits strong organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
  • Commits to supporting and sharing skills with a diverse team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
