In helping protect, restoration and maintenance of natural areas, reserves and landscapes!

The Ranger (Assets) role’s focus is working as part of a small team of staff responsible for coordinating the management of a range of assets. This includes planning and delivery of capital works programs and coordination of strategic assets maintenance programs. You will assist in the preparation of project and budget submissions, plan and manage projects, prepare submissions and correspondence, report on projects and budgets, and assist in the preparation and management of contracts. The role will also manage the procurement of goods and services as per established processes. You will be expected to maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a high level of asset maintenance.

The position will be required to travel and undertake field work in remote environments and variable climates & may be required to camp in isolated areas with limited options for personal communication. An open manual driver’s license is mandatory for the role.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Displays a keen interest in Asset Management.
  • Can work as part of a small team of staff responsible for coordinating the management of a range of assets.
  • Exhibits strong organisational skills & the capacity to handle multiple tasks with precision.
  • Ability to support & share skills with a diverse group of people
