Overview

Barker College is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Outdoor Instructor to join the team at The Grange – Barker College’s Outdoor Education in Mount Victoria.

This will be a 0.8 FTE role commencing Tuesday, 27 January 2026.

The successful applicant will have the necessary qualifications and experience in Outdoor Education and will also have relevant experience in working with young people in challenging environments. They will join a small team of dedicated outdoor professionals in a collaborative, supportive and dynamic environment.
