Are you an experienced outdoor education leader ready to shape life changing experiences for young people while living and working in one of Western Australia’s most unique educational settings? Christ Church Grammar School is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee Kooringal Outdoor Education Centre, our renowned residential outdoor education campus located on 240 acres along the Murray River.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a highly regarded outdoor education program that forms a core part of the School’s curriculum from Years 4 to 10. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will provide strategic leadership of the Kooringal campus, oversee residential operations, and inspire students through meaningful outdoor learning experiences, environmental education, and expedition based programs across Western Australia.
As Director of Kooringal, you will combine educational leadership with hands on outdoor education, mentoring staff, managing facilities and resources, and ensuring the delivery of safe, engaging and transformative programs that challenge students to grow in confidence, resilience and character.
